Abstract

Formiranje hidrata prirodnog plina u plinovodima i procesnim postrojenjima je jedan od glavnih operacijskih problema za proizvođače nafte i plina. Hidrati se najčešće formiraju pri nižim temperaturama, te je zato potrebna njihova inhibicaija. Inhibitori koji se koriste za uklanjanje hidrata dijele se na termodinamičke i nisko-dozirne inhibitore hidrata.
Pod termodinačke inhibitore hidrata spadaju metanol i etilen glikol, a pod nisko-dozirne inhibitore hidrata spadaju kinetički inhibitori i antiaglomeranti. Rezultati primjene na terenu pokazali su veću učinkovitost nisko-dozirnih od termodinamičkih inhibitora hidrata. Kroz sva testiranja kinetički inhibitor poli(VIMA/VCAP) dao je pozitivne rezultate, stoga se danas koriste kao primarna metoda za spričavanje nastajanja začepljena zbog formiranja hidrata. Kinetički inhibitor baziran na poli(VIMA/VCAP) usvojen je u svakidašnju praksu. Metode koje se koriste za uklanjanje inhibitora su fizičke, kemijske i biološke metode.
Upotreba kinetičkog inhibitora hidrata je ekonomski isplatljivija jer je smanjila ukupne troškove cijelog tretmana u odnosu na prijašnju upotrebu metanola. Zahvaljujući primjeni kinetičkog inhibitora smanjio se negativan utjecaj na okoliš.

Abstract (english)

Abstract: The formation of hydrates of natural gas pipelines and processing plants is one of the major operating problems for producers of oil and gas. Hydrates are formed mostly at low temperatures, and there fore require their inhibition. Inhibitors are used to remove the hydrate divided into thermodynamic and low-dosage hydrate inhibitors. Thermodynamic hydrate inhibitors include methanol and ethylene glycol, and the low-dosage hydrate inhibitors include kinetic inhibitors and anti-agglomerants. Results of application on the field have shown greater efficiancy of low-dosage of thermodynamic inhibitors of hydrate. Through all testing kinetic inhibitor poly(VIMA /VCAP) gave positive results, we are now used as the primary method for preventing the formation logged due to the formation of hydrates. Kinetic inhibitor based on poly(VIMA /VCAP) was adopted in everyday practice. The methods used for removal of inhibitor are the physical, chemical and biological methods. The use of kinetic hydrate inhibitors is more economical because it has reduced the total cost of the entire treatment compared to the previous use of methanol. Thanks to the application of kinetic inhibitors the negative impact on the environment has been reduced.
