Abstract

U radu se obrađuje poslovna strategija tvrtke Gazprom. Naglasak je stavljen na razvojne planove tvrtke te istraživanje i proizvodnju plina primarno, budući da su isti neophodni za uspješno ostvarivanje ciljeva tvrtke. Gazprom je globalna vertikalno integrirana energetska kompanija koja uvelike pridonosi ubrzanom rastu ruske ekonomije s ciljem dobrobiti za cijelu Rusiju. Rad je usmjeren na transportnu mrežu, skladištenje i tržišta plina. Gazprom je vlasnik i upravlja najvećim svjetskim plinskim transportnim sustavom te dobro razvijenom mrežom podzemnih skladišta prirodnog plina u Rusiji s pristupom inozemnim skladištima. Pogodovanje povoljnog geografskog položaja između Europe i Azije, Europa predstavlja stalno Gazpromovo tržište. Tvrtka konstantno investira kako bi proširila svoj udio na tržištu ukapljenog prirodnog plina u svrhu povećanja prednosti nad konkurencijom. Gazpromov cilj je da postane vodeći u utrci između globalnih energetskih kompanija na način da razvija nova tržišta, diversifikacijom poslovnih aktivnosti te osiguranjem konstantne opskrbe proizvoda.

Abstract (english)

Abstract: This thesis analyses the business strategy of Gazprom Company with emphasis on the company’s development plans as well as on the exploration and production of natural gas primarily, since the latter are essential for the successful achievement of the company’s objectives. Gazprom is a global vertically integrated energy company that greatly contributes to the rapid growth of the Russian economy with the aim of benefiting the whole of Russia. This thesis is focused on Gazprom's gas transportation network, storage and markets. Gazprom owns and operates the world's largest gas transmission system and a well-developed underground natural gas storage network in Russia with access to foreign storage facilities. Due to the favorable geographical position between Europe and Asia, Europe has become a permanent market for Gazprom. The company is continuously investing in expanding its share in the market of liquefied natural gas in order to increase its advantages over competitors. Gazprom's goal is to become the leader in the race between global energy companies by developing new markets, diversifying business activities and ensuring a continuous supply of products.
