Abstract

Postupci kontrole tlaka za vertikalne bušotine definirani su mnogo prije nego kod
horizontalnih bušotina. Sva načela kontrole tlaka oslanjaju se na ranom prepoznavanju
dotoka i zatvaranju bušotine da se spriječi daljnji dotok. Nakon zatvaranja bušotine
pristupa se gušenju bušotine različitim metodama koje su razvijene u svrhu kontrole tlaka.
Metode koje se najviše koriste su: bušaća metoda, inženjerska metoda, istodobna metoda i
volumetrijska metoda kontrole tlaka. Za primjenu u horizontalnim bušotinama preporuča
se korištenje bušaće metode kontrole tlaka jer je jednostavniji proračun promjene tlakova
prilikom utiskivanja otežane isplake, i u kraćem se vremenu uklanja dotok iz bušotine.
Postupak koji se koristi za proračun razvoja tlaka prilikom ugušivanja bušotine koristi
karakteristične veličine. U vertikalnim bušotinama to su: početni cirkulacijski tlak i
konačni cirkulacijski tlak, dok je smanjenje tlaka linearno. Horizontalna bušotina zbog
složenije trajektorije ima više karakterističnih veličina. Smanjenje tlaka u horizontalnim
bušotinama za vrijeme ugušivanja je nelinearano.

Abstract (english)

Abstract: Well killing techniques for vertical wells were defined much earlier than for horizontal wells. All well control principles rely on early kick recognition and closing wells to prevent further flow. After closing the well killing an appropriate well killing method is selected. The most used methods are: driller's method, wait and weight method, concurrent method and volumetric method of well control. For use in horizontal wells the driller's method of well control is recommended to use because it is easier to calculate pressures drop during circulation of kill mud, and less time for kick removal from the well is needed. There are several characteristic values to be calculated. In vertical wells are as follows: initial and final circulation pressure and consequently, pressure drop is linear. Horizontal wells with complex trajectory have more characteristic values. A pressure drop in horizontal wells during the killing is nonlinear.
