Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu nastoji se prikazati model tržišta plina u Hrvatskoj te način opskrbe, danas i u budućnosti istog. Današnja opskrba očituje se kroz pregled stanja rezervi, proizvodnje, dobave, transporta, distribucije. Pretpostavka opskrbe hrvatskog tržišta prirodnim plinom temelji se na razvojnim projektima koji su planirani, započeli s prikupljanjem dokumentacije i sredstava ili krenuli u realizaciju. Terminal za ukapljeni prirodni plin, Adria LNG, u Omišlju na otoku Krku omogućio bi uvoz prirodnog plina iz cijelog svijeta, ali i prodaju istog na europskom tržištu. Zbog veličine projekta i troškova izgradnja je odgođena. Od uvoza ukapljenog prirodnog plina nije se odustalo pa je pokrenut projekt broda za uplinjavanje plina, LNG RV, također u Omišlju. U fazi izrade su interkonekcije sa susjednim zemljama, Slovenijom (Lisac – Sušak) i Bosnom i Hercegovinom (Slobodnica – Bosanski Brod, Ploče – Čapljina ili Imotski – Posušje, i Lička Jesenica – Tržac). Izgradnja tih interkonekcija omogućila bi spajanje hrvatskog transportnog sustava na nove dobavne pravce prirodnog plina za Europu, kao Južni tok, Nabucco, ali i na regionalne projekte poput Jonsko – jadranskog plinovoda, Sjever – jug inicijative, i tako stvorili plinski prsten jugoistočne Europe. Zbog premalog izlaznog kapaciteta postojećeg podzemnog skladišta prirodnog plina Okoli (koje je u fazi proširenja), planira se izgradnja vršnog skladišta u Grubišnom Polju, koje bi zadovoljavalo potrebe za vrijeme vršne potrošnje, ali i izgradnja novog sezonskog (regionalnog – komercijalnog – strateškog) skladišta u Beničancima. Domaća proizvodnja je u padu pa je potrebno diversificirati dobavne pravace radi sigurne opskrbe.

Abstract (english)

Abstract: In this graduate thesis the model of the natural gas market in Croatia, and way of supply with natural gas today and in the future has been described. Review of reserves, production, import, transport and distribution is describing supply of natural gas for Croatian gas market. The assumption of the Croatian market supply of natural gas is based on development projects that are planned, started compiling documentation and resources or launched. Terminal for liquefied natural gas, Adria LNG, in Omišalj on the island of Krk, would allow the import of natural gas from around the world, and it's sale in the European market. Becouse of the size of the project and the cost of construction, the project is delayed. The idea of importing liquefied natural gas is not being dropped and the project of regasification vessel, LNG RV, is planned, also in Omišalj. The interconnections with neighboring countries are in the phase of construction, Slovenia (Lisac – Sušak) and Bosnia and Herzegovina (Slobodnica – Bosanski Brod, Ploče – Čapljina or Imotski – Posušje, and Lička Jesenica – Tržac). The construction of these interconnections would allow merging Croatian transport system to the new supply routes of natural gas to Europe, as well as South Stream, Nabucco, but also on regional projects such as the Ionian - Adriatic gas pipeline, the North - South initiatives, and thus formed a gas ring Southeastern Europe. Daily output capacity od UGS Okoli is to low. To satisfy peek consumption, there is a plan to build a new UGS Grubišno Polje, which would provide enough gas during this peek days. Also there is a plan for building a new seasonal UGS Beničanci. There is a decline in domestic natural gas production so Croatia should look for new gas supply routes from different sources and states, to improve security of supply.
