Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu opisane su konstrukcijske i radne veličine lančane sjekačice te njihova namjena i razvoj. Osnovni cilj rada je analizirati utjecaj napadnog kuta reznog elementa lančane sjekačice na sile rezanja. Opisana su prijašnja istraživanja utjecaja konstrukcijskih i radnih veličina na učinak lančane sjekačice. Provedena su laboratorijska ispitivanja uređajem za pravolinijsko rezanje stijena na pet uzoraka, različitih fizičko mehaničkih svojstava pri čemu su mjerene sve tri komponente sile. Ispitivanja su provedena s pozitivnim i negativnim kutom rezanja pri različitim dubinama reza. Statističkom obradom podataka dobiveni su korelacijski odnosi između dubina rezanja, napadnog kuta i vrijednosti sve tri komponente sile.

Abstract (english)

Master's Thesis describe purpose and development of chain saw machines and their constructional and operational parameters. The main aim of the paper is to analyse the impact of the rake angle of the cutting tools of the chain saw on cutting forces. Previous researches of the influence of constructional and operational parameters on the chain saw have been described. Cutting forces were measured by laboratory tests performed by linear stone cutting machine, for five samples with different physical-mechanical properties. The tests were performed with a positive and negative rake angle at different depths of the cut. The statistical processing of data yielded correlation relations between the cutting depth, rake angle and value of all three components of the force.
