Abstract

Usvajanjem Trećeg energetskog paketa, Europska unija stvorila je temelje za organizaciju jedinstvenog plinskog tržišta. Razvoj plinske infrastrukture plinovoda, njihov kapacitet i povezanost su tehničke pretpostavke za integrirano komercijalno poslovanje između članica Europske unije. U tom pogledu, trgovina kapacitetima u plinskom sustavu osigurava ravnopravnost trgovcima prirodnog plina i drugim sudionicima na tržištu. Razvojem tržišta prirodnog plina te padom domaće proizvodnje, hrvatski plinski sustav će se sve više oslanjati na uvoz prirodnog plina i okolne trgovinske platforme, što donosi nove izazove za opskrbljivače prirodnog plina. U tom pogledu, trgovina odnosno zakup kapaciteta u plinskom sustavu je polazna točka trgovca u uspješnom planiranju, praćenju i osvajanju tržišta što je prikazano u ovom radu.

Abstract (english)

By passing the Third Energy Package, the European Union created a base for a single united gas market. The development of gas infrastructure, its capacity and connectivity provided technical preconditions for integrated commercial operations between EU member states. In this respect, gas capacity trading in the gas system ensures a level-playing field for natural gas trade and all other market participants.. With the development of the natural gas market of the European Union and decline of domestic production, the Croatian gas system will rely more on the import of natural gas and the surrounding trading platform, which provides new challenges for natural gas suppliers. In this respect, capacity trading or leasing in the gas system is the starting point of the trader's successful planning, monitoring and winning the market as this thesis will demonstrate.
