Abstract

U radu su opisani procesi i načini utiskivanja otpada u podzemlje. Otpad je moguće utiskivati kroz tubing ili kroz prstenasti prostor i perforacije u utisnu formaciju. U utisne formacije je moguće utiskivati fluide bez čvrstih čestica ili sa čvrstim česticama, takvi fluidi se još nazivaju i otpadne kaše. Osim u iscrpljena ležišta, otpad je moguće utiskivati u kaverne izrađene u ležištima soli. Problemi kod utiskivanja javljaju se neadekvatnog sastava otpadne kaše te loše odabranih tlakova i brzina utiskivanja. Da bi se ti problemi izbjegli potrebno je pratiti proces utiskivanja. Metode praćenja proces također su opisane u radu. Za uspješno i sigurno odlaganje otpada potrebno je precizno odabrati geološku formaciju, u kojoj uvjeti pogoduju utiskivanju kaše. Utiskivanjem otpadne kaše u iscrpljeno ležište ugljikovodika, isti se vraća u područje gdje je nastao. Utiskivanje otpada u bušotine ima široku primjenu u svijetu, pa i kod nas. Najveći broj utisnih bušotina ima Aljaska a to je 129 bušotina, a slijede ju Meksički zaljev i Sjeverno more.

Abstract (english)

Abstract: This thesis describes processes and methods of waste injection. Waste can me injected into injection formation through tubing or annular.. It is possible to inject into formation fluids without solids or fluids withs solids, these fluids are also known as the waste slurrys. Except deplated wells, it is possible to inject oil waste into caverns in salt deposites. Because of inadequate composition of slurry, and incorrect selected pressures and velocitys during injection problems may occure. It is necessary to monitor the process of injection to avoid that problems. Monitoring methods are also describes in this thesis. For sucessful and safe waste disposal is necessary to accurately select formation for waste injection. Waste injection is widely used worldwide and in Croatia. Alaska takes first place in a number of the injection wells with total of 129 wells, followed by Gulf of Mexico and North Sea.
