Abstract

Prekomjerne vrijednosti torzije i natega mogu uzorkovati negativne posljedice na sam
tijek izrade usmjerenih bušotina. Pretpostavka kod usmjerenog bušenja jest da su i torzija i
nateg posljedica uglavnom trenja koje se javlja između niza bušaćeg alata i stijenki kanala
bušotine. Modeliranje i predviđanje vrijednosti torzije i natega temelji se na dva osnovna
modela: standardnom analitičkom modelu te numeričkom modelu koji se temelji na metodi
konačnih elemenata. Isto tako, moguće je primijeniti određene postupke u cilju smanjenja
prekomjernih vrijednosti torzije i natega. Ti postupci uključuju korištenje alata manje
težine, uporabu podmazivača te mehaničkih alatki za smanjenja trenja.

Abstract (english)

Abstract: Excessive values of torque and drag can cause negative outcome regarding to proces
of drilling directional wells. Speaking about directional drilling, the main assumption is
that both: torque and drag, are effect of frictional force caused by contact between
drillstring and wellbore. Mathematical modeling and predicting the values of those two
parameters is based on two basic models: standard analytic and numerical model.
Numerical model is based on finite element analysis. As well, it is possible to apply
specific procedures in order to reduce excessive values of torque and drag. Those
procedures include: usage of lighter drilling tools, usage of industrial lubricants and
mechanical tools for reducing the friction.
