Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu nastoji se prikazati poslovanje INA Grupe kroz posljednjih nekoliko godina. U radu su prikazani podaci o proizvodnji i rezervama nafte, plina i plinskog kondenzata INA Grupe u razdoblju od nekoliko zadnjih godina. Opisana je opća struktura i organizacija tvrtke te rezultati poslovanja najznačajnijih poslovnih jedinica. Ujedno su izneseni i objašnjeni najbitniji strateški ciljevi tvrtke, pojedinih poslovnih jedinica te njihova implementacija i značaj.
Abstract (english)
Abstract: In this graduate thesis the business model, including the overall portfolio and activities of INA Group in the last few years have been described. The fundamentals of strategicmanagement, ranging from the mission statement to the implementation of the chosencompany strategy have also been described. The general structure and organization of the company are described, including the operating results of the most important business units. The thesis also presents and explains the most important strategic objectives of the company including their implementation and significance.
