Abstract

Sa porastom količina otpada postajemo sve svjesniji problema potrebe za zbrinjavanjem toga otpada. Odlaganje na odlagalištima nije pogodno zbog opasnih tvari koje se mogu naći u otpadu te zbog gubitka sekundarnih sirovina koja ostaju odložena na odlagalištima. U radu su prikazane količine elektroničkog otpada koje danas nastaju, te princip rada hladnjaka i opasne komponente koje se u njemu nalaze. U radu se opisuje postrojenje C.I.O.S. d.o.o. u kojem se recikliraju hladnjaci i slični otpad. Opisani su postupci recikliranja hladnjaka te svaki stroj zasebno kao i opis ručne predlinije. Temeljem dobivenih rezultata izrađena je tehnološka i ekonomska analiza postrojenja, te je zaključeno da je postrojenje ekonomski isplativo bez štetnog utjecaja na okoliš.

Abstract (english)

Abstract: With the increasing amount of waste we become aware of the problems with the need for disposal of waste. Land-filling is not suitable because of hazardous substances that can be found in the WEEE waste and because of the loss of raw materials which remain deposited in landfills. This graduate work shows the amounts of electric waste that are present today, as well as the working principle of refrigerator and dangerous components contained in it. This text describes C.I.O.S. d.o.o. plant which recycles refrigerators and similar waste. Recycling process of refrigerator is and each machine individual, as well as manual front line are described. Based on given results, technological and economic analysis of plant has been developed, and it has been concluded that the plant is economically feasible without adverse impact on environment.
