Abstract

U programskom jeziku Python napisan je kod koji simulira rad hipotetske punionice sa ukapljenim vodikom na području Grada Zagreb. Simulacija računa termodinamičke parametre sustava na temelju ulaznih podataka. Glavni dijelovi sustava obuhvaćaju glavni spremnik sa ukapljenim vodikom, kriogenu pumpu, isparivač, visokotlačni međuspremnik i vozilo na vodikove gorivne čelije. Ulazni podatci su meteorološki podatci, geometrija glavnog spremnika, isparivača, visokotlačnog međuspremnika te krivulja punjenja vozila s vodikovim ćelijama, kao i procesni parametri i parametri ograničenja vođenja procesa. Napravljena je jednogodišnja simulacija uz nultu potrošnju vodika koja omogućuje praćenje rada samo punionice bez vozila te je provedena analiza i interpretacija rezultata. Provedena je simulacija uz konačnu potrošnju vodika unutar dva zimska i ljetna tjedna koja omogućuje praćenje rada punionice i vizualizaciju punjenja vozila koja nasumično dolaze na punionicu.

Abstract (english)

Using the Python programming language, a simulation of hypothetical liquid hydrogen refueling station for the City of Zagreb is designed. The simulation calculates thermodynamic parameters of the system based on data input. The main components of the system are liquid hydrogen storage tank, cryogenic pump, ambient air vaporizer, buffer storage tank and fuel cell electric vehicle. The input data are meteorological data, liquid hydrogen storage tank data, vaporizer and buffer storage tank geometry, charging performance curve, process and regulation parameters. The python code simulates one-year performance of a hydrogen refueling station without hydrogen demand and results are analyzed and interpretated. Also, a performance of hydrogen refueling station with hydrogen demand is run over the period of two summer and winter months. This simulation provides a visualization of the charging performance of fuel cell electric vehicles, which are randomly attached to the fuel dispenser.
