Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu analizirani su Izvještaji s vatrogasnih intervencija na području Grada Zagreba vezani za ispumpavanja vode iz objekta i otvorenih prostora u 2013. i 2014. godini za vrijeme ekstremnih hidrometeoroloških uvjeta. Svrha rada bila je odrediti koji intenziteti i trajanje oborina su prouzročili pojavu poplava objekata i otvorenih prostora. Iskorišteno je 305 Izvještaja s intervencija iz 2013. godine i 1.018 Izvještaja s intervencija iz 2014. godine. Podaci o dnevnim količinama oborina za 2013. i 2014. godinu dobiveni su s 12 meteoroloških postaja na području Grada Zagreba i 3 meteorološke postaje na području Grada Velike Gorice. Na temelju ovih podataka identificirano je ukupno 216 oborinskih događaja koji su prouzročili analizirane poplave u Gradu Zagrebu, a također i 569 oborinskih događaja koji nisu prouzročili poplave u istom razdoblju. Na osnovi svih identificiranih oborinskih događaja određene su granične vrijednosti intenziteta i trajanja kritične oborine, i to minimalna i maksimalna vrijednost iznad kojih se pojavljuju poplave napodručju Grada Zagreba.

Abstract (english)

Abstract: In the thesis the Reports of Fire Department Interventions at the area of the City of Zagreb, related to pumping water out of property and from open spaces in 2013 and 2014, during extreme hydrometeorological conditions were analyzed. The objective of this study was to determine intensities and durations of rainfalls which caused the occurrence of facilities and open spaces floods. Totally 305 reports of the Fire Department interventions from 2013 and 1018 reports from 2014 were used. Data on daily precipitation amounts for 2013 and 2014 were obtained from the 12 meteorological stations in the City of Zagreb and 3 meteorological stations in the City of Velika Gorica. Based on data analysis of registered flood events and relevant precipitations, totally 216 rainfall events were identified which caused floods and 569 rainfall events which did not cause floods in the same period. On the basis of all identified rainfall events, threshold of the critical precipitation were determined by means of its minimal and maximal value. They present intensity-duration thresholds above which the rainfalls will cause floods at the area of the City of Zagreb.
