Abstract

Obvezne minimalne zalihe nafte i naftnih derivata su sastavni segment svakog stabilnog gospodarstva neke države. Republika Hrvatska prilagođava se europskim direktivama, koje se odnose na minimalne obvezne zalihe nafte i naftnih derivata, a u sklopu pregovora Republike Hrvatske i Europske unije. Uspješnost održavanja optimalnih minimalnih zaliha ovisi o modelu izračuna zaliha, statističkom praćenju zaliha te simulacijama buduće optimalne razine zaliha.

Abstract (english)

Abstract: Minimum stocks of crude oil and petroleum products are very important for the stable economy of a country. The Republic of Croatia is adapting to European directives relating to minimum stocks of crude oil and petroleum products, as a part of negotiations between the Republic of Croatia and the European Union. The Success of maintaining optimal minimum stock levels depends on the calculation of current stock levels, statistical tracking of stock levels and statistical simulations of future optimal stock levels.
