Abstract

Tržište naftnih derivata određeno je ponudom i potražnjom, mogućnošću i troškovima
transporta te kretanjima cijena nafte i naftnih derivata. Hrvatsko tržište je relativno malo u
odnosu na tržište cijele regije, a cijena se utvrđuje u skladu s tržišnim odnosima. Vlada
Republike Hrvatske raspisuje najvišu maloprodajnu cijenu naftnih derivata za neprekinuto
razdoblje od najduže 90 dana. Ulaskom u Europsku uniju, energetsko tržište Republike
Hrvatske pripalo je Zajedničkom tržištu Europske unije te hrvatsko zakonodavstvo mora biti
usklađeno s europskim. Cilj je rekonstruiranje i demonopoliziranje tržišta uz snižavanje cijena
i povećanje efikasnosti energetskog sektora; liberalizacija se odvija polako uz povećanje broja
novih sudionika na tržištu.

Abstract (english)

Abstract: Petroleum products market is determined by supply and demand, transport possibilites and
costs and crude oil and petroleum products price trends. Croatian market is relatively small
compared to the whole regional market and the price is determined in accordance with market
relations. Croatian Government announces the highest retail price for a continuous period not
longer than 90 days. By joining the European Union, the Croatian energy market became a
part of the Common European Union market therefore the Croatian legislation must aligned
with European. The aim is to reconstruct and demonopolize market with price reductions and
increased efficiency sector; liberalization takes place slowly with the increase in the number of
new entrants in the market.
