Abstract

U radu će biti objašnjeno trgovanje ukapljenim prirodnim plinom s naglaskom na terminalu za uplinjavanje kao jednom od karika u dobavi plina od dobavljača do kupca zajedno s koracima koji su poduzeti prije izgradnje terminala, kao i postupci koji slijede nakon njegove izgradnje. Postupci koji su poduzeti prije i nakon izgradnje terminala prikazani su na primjeru terminala Klaipeda u Litvi. Također, prikazan je dosadašnji tijek projekta izgradnje plutajućeg terminala u Hrvatskoj, na otoku Krku, kao i zakonska regulativa koja je morala biti donešena kako bi se jasno definirali uvjeti poslovanja terminala.

Abstract (english)

This thesis discusses the trading of liquefied natural gas, focusing on the regasification terminal. Steps taken before the construction of the terminal, as well as procedures after its construction will be elaborated. Procedures that have been taken before and after the construction of the terminal are shown using the example of Klaipeda terminal in Lithuania. Also, in this thesis the current status of the project of construction of a floating terminal for regasification on the island of Krk in Croatia will be presented along with the legislation that must be passed in order to clearly define the terms and conditions of the terminal usage.
