Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu nastoji se prikazati razvitak hrvatskog tržišta plina u razdoblju od 2013. do 2016. godine, tj. nakon provedbe trećeg energetskog paketa. Analiza tržišta očituje se kroz pregled stanja rezervi, proizvodnje, dobave, transporta, distribucije i opskrbe. Uz razvitak tržišta opisani su i sudionici na tržištu te kretanje cijena na tržištu plina u promatranom razdoblju. Prirodni plin, kao primarni energent je, s obzirom na emisiju CO2 prihvatljiviji od nafte i ugljena te je, usprkos sve manjoj potražnji u razdoblju od 2013. do 2016. godine, ipak zadržao svoj udio u ukupnoj potrošnji primarne energije u Hrvatskoj. Na temelju europske regulacije energetskih tržišta u Hrvatsku su uvedena četiri energetska paketa vezana za razvoj unutarnjeg tržišta plina i električne energije.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this graduate thesis is to present the development of the Croatian gas market in the period from 2013 to 2016, i.e. after the implementation of the Third Energy Package. Market development is manifested through an overview of stocks of reserves, production, transportation, distribution and supply of natural gas. Along with the market development, the market participants and price movements on the gas market in the observed period are also described. Considering CO2 emissions, natural gas is a more acceptable primary energy source than oil or coal and despite the decreasing demand in the period from 2013 to 2016, it has retained its place in the total primary energy consumption in Croatia. Based on the European energy market regulation, four energy packages related to the development of the internal gas and electricity market have been introduced into Croatia.
