Abstract

U radu su opisani energetski paketi Europske unije, koji predstavljaju zakonske okvire prema kojima sve članice Europske unije trebaju prilagoditi svoje zakonodavstvo, s ciljem ostvarivanja zajedničkog energetskog tržišta koje za posljedicu ima smanjenje cijena za krajnje korisnike i povećanje kvalitete opskrbe. Analizirani su određeni parametri tržišta prirodnog plina na razini Europske unije, kako bi se dobio što bolji uvid u kretanja cijena. Nadalje je analizirano tržište plina Republike Hrvatske, Irske, Španjolske i Rumunjske. U zaključku su uspoređeni svi analizirani podatci, na temelju kretanja svih parametara i na temelju usporedbi analiziranih tržišta prirodnog plina te su navedeni mogući ishodi procesa deregulacije na tržište prirodnog plina Republike Hrvatske.

Abstract (english)

The thesis describes energy packages of the European Union, which represent the legal framework to which each Union member’s legislation needs to adjust. The aim is to create an internal energy market, and thus lower the prices for the customers and increase the quality of the supply. To get a better perspective of natural gas prices on the market, certain parameters of the natural gas market were analyzed on the European Union level. Furthermore, the natural gas markets of Croatia, Spain, Ireland and Romania were also analyzed. All of the analyzed data was then compared and, based on the changes in certain parameters and the comparison of the analyzed natural gas markets, possible outcomes of the deregulation process on the natural gas market of Croatia were determined.
