Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu nastoji se prikazati poslovanje tvrtke Rosneft. Obrađene su osnove
strateškog menadžmenta, počevši od utvrđivanja misije tvrtke do implementacije odabrane
strategije. U radu su prikazani podaci o proizvodnji i rezervama te preradi nafte, plina i plinskog
kondenzata za godinu 2013. i 2014. godine. Opisana je opća organizacija tvrtke te rezultati
poslovanja. Ujedno su izneseni i objašnjeni najvažniji strateški ciljevi tvrtke, pojedinih poslovnih

Abstract: In this graduate thesis the business model, including the overall portfolio and activities of Rosneft
have been described. The fundamentals of strategic management, ranging from the mission
statement to the implementation of the chosen company strategy have also been described. This
