Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu analizirana je poslovna strategija MOL Grupe u razdoblju od 2013./2015. godine. Obrađen je cjelokupni proces strateškog planiranja, te je definiran pojam strateškog menadžmenta. Kao dio analize poslovne strategije, opisane su glavne djelatnosti, povijest, upravljačka i vlasnička struktura te misija i vizija MOL Grupe. Nakon definiranja kratkoročnih i dugoročnih ciljeva MOL Grupe, prikazani su podaci o poslovanju, te je na kraju dan pregled utjecaja niske cijene nafte na uvjete poslovanja MOL Grupe.

Abstract (english)

Abstract: This graduate thesis analyses MOL Group business strategy from 2013 to 2015. In the first part of the thesis, the whole process of strategic planning is explained, with also defining the concept of strategic management. As a part of business strategy analysis, it also describes main business activities, history, organizational and ownership structure, mission and vision of MOL Group. After defining the short term and the long term objectives, financial and operational data is shown in 2013/2015 period. It also analyses the impact of low oil prices on MOL Group business strategy.
