Abstract

Jadransko podmorje predstavlja regionalno vrlo zanimljiv prostor s relativno malo načinjenih bušotina u kojima nije utvrđen značajan ugljikovodični potencijal. Zbog dominantno platformnog karbonatnog stijenskog kompleksa te različitih problema pri bušenju, područje srednjeg i južnog Jadrana proglašeno je neperspektivnim. S obzirom na to, načinjeno je 1D bazensko modeliranje na području sjevernog, središnjeg i južnog Jadranskog podmorja kako bi se procijenio potencijal i dubinski raspon generiranja ugljikovodika. 1D bazensko modeliranje izvršeno je pomoću računalnog programa PetroMod 2018. Prilikom obrade korišteni su podatci o litološkom sastavu, dubini horizonata, vitrinitnoj refleksiji, temperaturama i vrijednosti ukupnog organskog ugljika. Bazenskim modeliranjem utvrđeno je da se na području sjevernog Jadrana potencijalne matične stijene nabušene bušotinom Well A upitno nalaze unutar naftnog prozora dok se potencijalne matične stijene u bušotinama Well B i Well C na području srednjeg i južnog jadrana nalaze iznad naftnog prozora. Načinjeni modeli mogu poslužiti kao smjernica za daljnja istraživanja ugljikovodičnog potencijala Jadranskoga podmorja.

Abstract (english)

The Adriatic offshore is a very interesting region with a relatively small number of deep wells without discovered economic oil accumulations. Due to the dominantly platform carbonate rock complex and various drilling problems, the area of the Central and Southern Adriatic was declared as unpromising. For that reason, 1D basin modelling was done in the area of the Northern, Central and Southern Adriatic subsurface. 1D basin modelling was performed in PetroMod 2018 software by Schlumberger. The dataset used for basin modelling contains data on stratigraphy, lithology, depth, vitrinite reflectance, temperatures, and total organic carbon values. The results of the basin modeling have determined that potential source rocks in Well A are located within the oil window in the Northern Adriatic, while the potential source rocks in Well B and Well C are located above the oil window in the Central and Southern Adriatic. These models can serve as a guide for further hydrocarbon exploration in the Adriatic offshore.
