Abstract

U trenutku kada tlak na dnu bušotine nije dovoljan za prevladavanje ukupnih gubitaka tlakova od bušotine do separatora, prirodna proizvodnja više nije moguća. Kako bi se proizvodnja nastavila, potrebno je primijeniti metode umjetnog podizanja kapljevine. Jedna od najraširenijih metoda umjetnog podizanja kapljevine koristi crpku koja je uronjena u kapljevinu unutar bušotine te služi za povećanje tlaka kako bi se prevladali gubici tlaka na putu do površine. Uronjiva crpka se sastoji od pokretnog... More dijela (rotora) pričvršćenog na rotirajuće vratilo (osovinu) te nepokretnog dijela (statora). Za pravilan dizajn uronjivih crpki potrebni su mnogi podaci poput podataka o izvedbi bušotine, svojstvima fluida te mogućim problematičnim uvjetima. Protok fluida odnosno proizvodnja nafte i plina je ulazni parametar u dizajnu ESP sustava jer je izbor crpke moguć jedino ako znamo za koje će se protoke koristiti. Crpka se određuje odabiranjem serije i tipa crpke te izračunavanjem potrebnog broja stupnjeva i snage crpke. U ovom diplomskom radu pomoću programskog jezika Python prikazan je proračun ESP-a odabirući nekoliko crpki za zadane uvjete ležišta. Less

Abstract (english)

At the moment when the bottomhole pressure is not large enough to overcome the summ of pressure losses inside the borehole to the separator, natural production is over. In order for production to continue, artificial lift methods must be applied. One of the most widespread artificial lift methods consists of a pump that is submerged in the liquid inside the wellbore and it is used to increase the pressure of the liquid so that it can overcome the pressure losses on its way to the surface.... More Electrical submersible pump consists of a moving part (rotor) attached to a rotating shaft (axle) and a static part (stator). For suitable design of electrical submersible pumps, a lot of data is needed such as well performance data, fluid properties and possible troublesome working conditions. Fluid flow rate from the wellbore is an input parameter for designing the Electrical Submersible Pump system because choosing the pump is only possible for known flow rates. The pump is determined by choosing pump series and pump type while also calculating the necessary number of pump stages and pump power. In this thesis the ESP system is calculated by choosing a few pumps from Halliburton catalog for the given reservoir conditions using the Python programming language. Less
