Abstract

Unapređenja u tehnologiji omogućila su dodavanje Portland cementa direktno u isplaku uz održavanje reoloških svojstava nastale cementne kaše. Konverzija isplake u cementnu kašu ima nekoliko jedinstvenih prednosti. Na primjer, korištenje otpadne isplake smanjuje troškove njenog odlaganja. Također, povećava se djelotvornost istiskivanja fluida u prstenastom prostoru kontroliranjem flokulacije. Povećana je i iskorištenost ljudi, opreme, vremena i materijala na samom postrojenju. Tema ovog rada je postupak izrade cementne kaše iz korištene isplake kako bi se smanjili troškovi, uz poboljšanje kvalitete cementacije. U radu se iz praktičnih razloga za konverziju isplake u cementnu kašu koristi kratica MTC (engl. mud-to-cement). Uz to ovdje će biti prikazani procesi izrade cementne kaše konverzijom otpadne isplake, laboratorijski podaci, te terenska primjena cementnih kaša na bazi isplake. Također će biti objašnjena tehnologija konverzije isplake u cementnu kašu pomoću šljake iz visokih peći.

Abstract (english)

Abstract: Advancements in technology have made it possible to introduce Portland cement directly into drilling fluid while maintaining control over the rheology of the resultant slurry. Conversion of drilling mud into a cement slurry has several unique advantages. As examples, conversion of spent drilling mud reduces disposal costs. Secondly, significantly improves annular displacement efficiency by controlling the flocculation. Thirdly, makes the most benefit of manpower, equipment, time and materials by consolidating services at the rig site. Topic of this thesis is process of making cementitious slurry from waste mud to cut costs while improving the quality of completions. For practicle reasons, converted drilling fluid as described herein will be referred to as mud-to-cement, or MTC. In addition it will be presented process of the slurry design, laboratory data and field applications of the cementitious slurry. Also, method of using blast furnace slag for converting mud to slurry will be discussed.
