Abstract

Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je opis tolerancije dotoka kao važnog segmenta projektiranja bušotina. Ukoliko dođe do dotoka plina u bušotinu, taj dotok je potrebno što ranije prepoznati. Nakon što se utvrdi radi li se o dotoku, potrebno je primijeniti najpovoljniju metodu ugušivanja bušotine. U ovom radu obrađene su različite s pretpostavkom da je alat spušten na dno bušotine. Tijekom ugušivanja potrebno je manipulacijom sapnicom na vodu za prigušivanje održavati tlak na dnu konstantnim kako bi se spriječilo daljnje pritjecanje slojnog fluida u bušotinu. Proračun tolerancije dotoka izvodi se prethodno bušenju kako bi se utvrdio najveći volumen plina koji smije ući u bušotinu, a da ga se može iscirkulirati bez opasnosti od loma naslaga u razini pete prethodno ugrađene kolone zaštitnih cijevi. Kompanije u današnje vrijeme imaju svoje upute i smjernice za proračunavanje tolerancije dotoka te za određene promjere otvorenog kanala bušotina definiraju najveći dozvoljeni dotok.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this thesis was to describe the kick tolerance as a fundamental concept of a well design. If gas enters a wellbore it is necessary to detect it as soon as it is possible. Once the kick has been confirmed, a specific kill method must be applied. In this thesis, the bit is considered to be at the bottom of the well. Bottom hole pressure is being kept at the constant value to prevent additional influx by adjusting the choke at the surface and by bringing the pump to the kill rate. The kick tolerance is calculated prior to drilling to determine the maximum volume of gas influx that can be circulated out of the hole without the risk of fracturing the formation at the casing shoe level. Companies nowadays have instructions and guidelines for calculating the kick tolerance and have even set the maximum allowable kick for certain borehole diameters.
