Abstract

U cilju smanjenja mjesečnih računa za energiju te ispuštanja stakleničkih plinova u atmosferu izgaranjem prirodnog plina za potrebe grijanja, napravljena je tehno-ekonomska analiza centralnog uličnog toplinskog sustava s geotermalnom dizalicom topline, s fotonaponskim panelima za proizvodnju električne energije i baterijom za njeno skladištenje. Godišnja potrošnja električne energije i prirodnog plina ulice dobivena je pomoću ankete. Energetski tokovi različitih sustava izračunati su pomoću RES2GEO Python modela, dok su neto sadašnje vrijednosti i povrati investicije izračunati u Microsoft Excelu. Od 40 sustava, izabran je onaj najisplativiji, te su prikazani njegov novčani tok, energetski tokovi te je napravljena analiza osjetljivosti na iznose kapitalne investicije, promjenu cijene energenata i udio poticaja u projektu.

Abstract (english)

In order to reduce the monthly energy bills and greenhouse gas emissions produced by burning natural gas for heating purposes, a techno-economic analysis of the central street heating system with a geothermal heat pump was made, combined with photovoltaic panels for electricity production and a battery system for its storage. The annual electricity and natural gas consumption of the street was obtained using a survey. The energy flows of different systems were calculated using the RES2GEO Python model, while the net present values and returns on investment were calculated using Microsoft Excel. Out of 40 systems, the most cost-effective one was chosen, and its cash flow and energy flows were presented. Also, sensitivity analysis relating to the expenses of capital investment, change in energy prices and the share of incentives in the project was made.
