Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu obrađeni su razvoj i primjene simulacije ležišta putem strujnica protjecanja te je na konkretnom primjeru pokazana njena učinkovitost. Simulacija strujnicama koristi se od kraja 20-og stoljeća, no uz mnoge napretke danas se može koristiti i za simulaciju naprednijih pojava poput stlačivog protoka ili ležišta s dvostrukom poroznosti, kao i u komponentnim sustavima i za simulaciju termalnih procesa. Najčešće primjene simulacije pomoću strujnica uključuju: optimizaciju zavodnjavanja, simulaciju mješivog utiskivanja fluida, usklađivanje historijata, rangiranje i procjena nepouzdanosti geoloških modela, povećanje rezolucije modela i odabir lokacije bušotina. Kao primjer u simulatoru strujnica FrontSim simulirana je proizvodnja iz plinsko-kondenzatnog polja te su pokazani promjena zasićenja plinom i drenažne zone bušotina na temelju kojih se mogu donesti odluke o promjeni režima proizvodnje ili o lokaciji novih bušotina.

Abstract (english)

This Master's thesis explains the development and applications of reservoir simulation using streamlines and gives an example of its efficiency. Streamline simulation was first used at the end of the 20th century but has seen many improvements and can now be used in simulations of advanced processes, e.g. compressible flow, dual porosity reservoirs, compositional systems and thermal processes. The most common uses for streamline simulation are: waterflood optimization, simulation of miscible fluid injection, history matching, ranking and uncertainty evaluation of geological models, upscaling and choosing well location. The FrontSim streamline simulator was used to simulate a gas-condensate reservoir and the results showed gas saturation changes over time and each well’s drainage zone. Based on these results one can make decisions regarding production rates or new well locations.
