Abstract

Simultane operacije (SIMOPS) se definiraju kao izvođenje nezavisnih operacija u kojima slijed pojedinih operacija ima utjecaj na sigurnost osoblja i opremu drugih operacija. Radi gospodarskih i ekonomskih razloga izradu bušotine je potrebno obaviti uz što manje zastoja u proizvodnji ugljikovodika, stoga se radove bušenja i proizvodnje na plinskom polju Ika izvodi upravo SIMOPS načinom. U ovom radu opisana je izrada bušotine IKA A4 HOR bušaćim postrojenjem na samopodižućoj bušaćoj platformi Labin, uz istodobnu proizvodnju plina na proizvodnoj platformi Ika A. S jedne strane operacije izvođene SIMOPS načinom pridonose povećanju ekonomičnosti projekta, ali s druge strane takve operacije proizvode veće sigurnosne rizike, nego svaka od aktivnosti zasebno.

Abstract (english)

Abstract: Simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) are defined as the performance of independent operations in which a sequence of individual operations has an impact on the safety of personnel and equipment of other operations. Because of economic reasons, drilling the well should be done with as little downtime in the production of hydrocarbons, so the drilling and production on gas field Ika are performed in SIMOPS way. This paper describes the well construction of the IKA A4 HOR drilled using jack-up drilling rig Labin, with simultaneous production of gas at the production platform Ika A. On one hand, operations performed in SIMOP manner tend to increase the cost-effectiveness of the project, but on the other hand that kind of operations results with more security risks than each of the activities separately.
