Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu je prikazana teorija strateškog menadžmenta, njegova struktura te proces strateškog menadžmenta kroz šest etapa. Obrađene su etape od analize okoline, utvrđivanja misije i vizije, formulacije strategije do kontrole i evaluacije strategije i povratne veze. Prikazane su i faze razvoja strateškog menadžmenta te strateška prilagodba naftnih kompanija. U radu je opisana MOL Grupa, početak samog stvaranja MOL Grupe, upravljanje unutar organizacije kroz misiju, viziju, politiku, aktivnosti MOL Grupe, kao i način na koji upravlja rizikom. Prikazani su podaci o poslovanju MOL Grupe u razdoblju od 2005. do 2010. godine. Objašnjeni su ciljevi poduzeća te područja na kojem djeluje MOL Grupa, uključujući istraživanje, rafinerije, plin i proizvodnju električne energije.

Abstract (english)

Abstract: This graduate thesis presents the theory of strategic management, its structure and the process of strategic management through six stages. This graduate thesis analyzes the stages of environmental analysis, determining the mission and vision, strategy formulation, control, evaluation strategies and feedback. It also describes the development stage of strategic management and the strategic adjustment of the oil companies. The thesis describes the MOL Group, the beginning of the creation of MOL Group management within the organization through the mission, vision, policies, activities of the MOL Group as well as the risk management. The operations of MOL Group in the period since 2005 to 2010 have been analyzed. This thesis explains the objectives of the company and the areas in which it operates MOL Group, including research, refineries, gas and electricity production.
