Abstract

Svrha diplomskog rada je opis mogućnosti projektiranja proizvodnog sustava bušotine ugradnjom uronjive centrifugalne crpke (UCC) u programu Prosper. Prosper je je dio softverskog paketa IPM, kojeg razvija i distribuira tvrtka Petroleum Experts. Kao sastavni dio integriranog sustava, s pomoću Prospera je moguće brzo i precizno opisati i razviti sve aspekte proizvodnog i sabirnog sustava nafte i plina, od modeliranja početnog proizvodnog sustava u svim tipovima bušotina do optimizacije i povezivanja s površinskim proizvodnim i sabirnim sustavima. U radu je najprije prikazano proizvodno modeliranje bušotine X, koja je imala povećani udio vode u proizvodnji te je došlo do pada tlaka u ležištu ispod vrijednosti potrebne za eruptiranje, pa je u skladu s ulaznim podatcima i očekivanim rezultatima projektiran proizvodni sustav ugradnjom uronjive centrifugalne crpke. Nakon unosa ulaznih podataka i PVT karakteristika proizvodnog fluida, projektiranje se sastoji od usklađivanja podataka, kreiranja IPR i VLP krivulja, te odabira odgovarajuće crpke. Nakon toga provodi se analiza osjetljivosti sustava u ovisnosti o odabranim promjenjivim proizvodnim parametarim, a u svrhu prognoziranja budućih proizvodnih mogućnosti bušotine.

Abstract (english)

The purpose of this master's thesis is to describe the possibilities of designing a well production system by installing a Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) using the Prosper software. Prosper is part of the software package IPM, developed and distributed by Petroleum Experts. As an integral part of an integrated system, Prosper enables quick and precise modeling and development of all aspects of the oil and gas production and gathering system, from modeling the initial production system in various types of wells to optimization and connection with surface production and gathering systems. In the thesis, the first step is to present the production modeling of well X, which had an increased water cut in production, leading to a pressure drop in the reservoir below the necessary eruption value. In accordance with input data and expected results, a production system is designed by installing a Electric Submersible Pump (ESP). After inputting the data and PVT characteristics of the production fluid, the design process involves data alignment, creating IPR and VLP curves, and selecting the appropriate pump. Subsequently, a sensitivity analysis of the system is conducted based on selected variable production parameters to predict the future production possibilities of the well.
