Abstract

Kontrola tlaka u bušotini je od iznimne važnosti. Kad zakaže primarna kontrola tlaka u bušotini, uređaji za hermetičko zatvaranje ušća bušotine – preventeri služe za sprječavanje erupcije iz bušotine. U ovom radu opisan je preventerski sustav koji se koristi u odobalju, točnije za bušaće brodove i poluuronjive platforme, kad se preventerski sklop nalazi na dnu mora. U razmatranje su uzeti preventeri proizvođača Cameron, Hydril i Shaffer jer se smatraju najpouzdanijim na tržištu. Za razliku od površinskih kontrolnih sustava gdje je svaka funkcija preventera spojena direktno na izvor napajanja, u slučaju kad je preventerski sklop na dnu mora koriste se indirektni sustavi – indirektni hidraulički sustav i multipleks elektro-hidraulički sustav. Također su opisani površinski sustavi, čiji je glavni dio hidraulička jedinica za upravljanje preventerskim sklopom, te sklop akumulatorskih boca za pohranu fluida pod tlakom. Na kraju rada navedeni su i sustavi koji se koriste u hitnim slučajevima kad dođe do prekida primarnog načina komunikacije preventerskog sklopa s površinskim postrojenjem.

Abstract (english)

Well control is of utmost importance. When the primary pressure control in the borehole fails, blowout preventers (BOP) serve as a prevention of the fluid blowout from the borehole. In this thesis, the offshore BOP system, more precisely the system used by drilling ships and semi-submersible platforms, when BOP stack is located at the bottom of the sea, is described. BOP systems produced by Cameron, Hydril and Shaffer were examined because these manufacturers are considered to be the most reliable on the market. Unlike surface control systems where each preventer function is connected directly to the power source, in the case of the bottom BOP, indirect systems are used - indirect hydraulic and multiplex electro-hydraulic system. A surface system, whose main parts are hydraulic power unit and a bank of accumulator bottles used for storing pressurized hydraulic fluid, is also described. The thesis also describes emergency back-up systems, used when the primary communication with platform or ship is interrupted.
