Abstract

Hrvatski energetski sustav trenutno je značajno ovisan o uvozu energije, ulaskom u Europsku uniju ima obvezu implementacije obnovljivih izvora energije kao i smanjenja emisija stakleničkih plinova. Svrha rada je analizirati ponašanje energetskog sustava Republike Hrvatske pri instaliranju geotermalnih elektrana. Ovaj rad analizira četiri scenarija koji integriraju kapacitete geotermalnih elektrana. Svaki od scenarija analiziran je kroz potrošnju primarnih izvora energije, udio OIE u potrošnji električne energije, te emisije CO2 s obzirom na ¨bazni scenarij˝ za 2016. godinu. Proračuni scenarija provedeni su u EnergyPLAN programu, te analizirani pomoću programa Excel. Nakon analize scenarija napravljeni su proračuni LCOE-a, NPV-a i IRR-a na primjeru projekta geotermalne elektrane. Zatim je provedena analiza osjetljivosti prethodnih proračuna na promjenu ulaznih parametara.

Abstract (english)

Croatian energy system is heavily dependent on energy imports, and by joining the European Union has taken on an obligation to implement renewable energy resources as well as to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the behavior of energy system of the Republic of Croatia when installing geothermal power plants. This thesis analyzes four scenarios that integrate the geothermal power plants. Each of the scenarios has been analyzed through the consumption of primary energy, the share of renewable energy sources in electricity consumption, and the CO2 emissions regarding 'the basic scenario' for the year 2016. Scenarios calculations are carried out in the EnergyPLAN program and analyzed using Excel. After scenario analysis, LCOE, NPV and IRR calculations were made on the example of a geothermal power plant project. Then, the sensitivity analysis was carried out for each input parameter and the system reaction to the situation when one variable in calculation had been changed was tested.
