Abstract

Diplomski rad donosi pregled kvalitete plina u RH i EU te analizu mogućih prepreka usvajanja zajedničkog standarda na razini unije. Definiraju se parametri kvalitete plina, pravna osnova na čijim temeljima se donose standardi, nacrt prijedloga zajedničkog europskog standarda te predstavljaju dvije analize koje uključuju način rješavanja problema implementacije navedenog standarda i analizu stvarnog plina zemalja šire regije. Podaci za analizu su preuzeti sa službenih web stranica operatora transportnih sustava zemalja regije. Definiran je zamjenjivost plinova, njezino tehno-ekonomsko značenje i uloga dobave plina na vrijednost parametara zamjenjivosti. Inicijativom Europske komisije i prijedlogom standarda EN16726 pojavile su se prepreke implementaciji, analizirane kroz tri moguća rješenja u petom poglavlju. Analiza stvarnog plina u zemljama šire regije definira kvalitetu plina zemalja relevantnih što zbog trenutnog uvoza iz spomenutih zemalja, a što zbog eventualnih budućih dobavnih pravaca.

Abstract (english)

Gas quality standards in the Republic of Croatia and the EU, constraints analysis and solutions for the implementation of the common gas standard are presented in this thesis. These chapters attempt to define gas quality parameters, legal bases of the underlying standards, the draft of the European standard, the implementation of a solution of the European standard, and real natural gas parameters of the region countries. The data was downloaded from official web pages of respective countries’ transmission system operators. Natural gas interchangeability is defined and related to its technoeconomic significance and supply routes. The initiative of the European Commission and Standard EN16726 draft proposes barriers to implementation, which are disputed in three different solutions to the issue. Real gas quality of the relevant region countries is analyzed in the sixth chapter, according to current trading activities and possible future supply routes.
