Abstract

Cementacija zaštitnih cijevi predstavlja završnu fazu u izradi bušotina. Izrada bušotine u uvjetima visokog tlaka i visoke temperature predstavlja velik izazov i zahtijeva pažljivo planiranje i izvođenje procesa bušenja i cementacije kolone zaštitnih cijevi. Razlika između slojnog tlaka i tlaka frakturiranja u ovakvim bušotinama je mala što rezultira malom sigurnosnom marginom. Cijena izrade bušotine u uvjetima visokog tlaka i visoke temperature je puno veća nego izrade bušotine u uvjetima manjeg tlaka i temperature te je bitno da primarna cementacija bude uspješna. Da bi u HPHT uvjetima cementacija bila uspješna, potrebno je pravilno dizajnirati cementnu kašu. U radu su obrađene klasifikacije HPHT uvjeta, problemi koji se javljaju u HPHT uvjetima, integritet bušotine u HPHT uvjetima i potreban dizajn cementnih kaša za HPHT uvjete. Na kraju rada su prikazani primjeri iz prakse cementacije zaštitnih cijevi u HPHT uvjetima.

Abstract (english)

Casing cementation represents the final stage in the design of the wells. High pressure high temperature wells represent great challenges due to the high pressures and temperatures present in these wells.. Pore pressure and fracture pressure in these wells result in a small narrow windowsafety margin. Due to the high cost of the HPHT wells, it is essential that the primary cementation is successful. To be able to cement in such conditions it is necessary to properly design cement slurries. Classification of HPHT conditions, the problems that occur in HPHT conditions, well integrity in HPHT conditions, the required design of cement slurries for HPHT conditions are presented in this thesis. In additon to this, case studies about casing cementation ih HPHT conditions are shown.
