Abstract

Strategija energetskog razvoja Republike Hrvatske do 2030. godine, s pogledom na 2050. godinu, predstavlja korak prema ostvarenju vizije niskougljične energetike te osigurava prijelaz na novo razdoblje energetske politike kojom se osigurava pristupačna, sigurna i kvalitetna opskrba energijom. Kroz Strategiju je određena tranzicija energetskog sektora u kojoj će se mijenjati dosadašnja praksa, tehnologije, uređaji, promet, mogućnosti upravljanja potrošnjom i troškovima energije te mogućnosti proizvodnje energije u gospodarstvu i poduzetništvu te kućanstvima. U ovom diplomskom radu predstavljene su osnovne značajke Strategije, vezano za sadašnje stanje kao i mogući razvoj energetskog sektora u Republici Hrvatskoj, prikazani su scenariji razvoja energetskog sektora koje predviđa Strategija, te je izrađen vlastiti scenarij u EnergyPLAN-u - softveru za optimiziranje budućeg stanja energetskog sektora.

Abstract (english)

The Energy Development Strategy of the Republic of Croatia until year 2030, with a long–term view to year 2050, represents a step towards the realization of a low-carbon energy vision and provides a transition to a new era of energy policy that ensures affordable, secure and high–quality energy supply. The Strategy defines the transition of the energy sector, which will change the current practice, technologies, devices, transport, possibilities for managing energy consumption and costs, as well as the possibilities of energy production in economy, entrepreneurship and households. This Master's Thesis presents the main features of the Strategy, related to the current state of affairs and the possible development of the energy sector in the Republic of Croatia. Furthermore, it presents the scenarios of the energy sector development envisaged by the Strategy. Finally, the candidate’s own scenario is featured using EnergyPLAN – optimization software for the future energy sector.
