Abstract

U diplomskom radu provedena su ispitivanja koeficijenta propusnosti definiranog kao mjera sposobnosti medija (tla, stijene) da propušta vodu. Ispitana su četiri uzorka koja su pripremljena u laboratoriju kombinacijom različitih frakcija prirodnog tla, kako bi se mogao utvrditi utjecaj veličine čestica i graduiranosti tla na vrijednosti koeficijenta propusnosti. Granulometrijski sastav tla određen je metodom sijanja prema normi ASTM D 422. Koeficijent propusnosti laboratorijski je određen na svim uzorcima korištenjem metode permeametra sa stalnom razinom. Ispitivanja metodom permeametra sa stalnom razinom provedena su prema normi ASTM D 2434-68. U navedenim normama definirani su načini pripreme i ugradnje uzoraka, provedba pokusa i obrada rezultata. Dobiveni podaci su analizirani i uspoređeni s empirijskim metodama.

Abstract (english)

In this thesis, the permeability coefficient is defined as a measure of the medium's (soil, rock) ability to transmit water. Four samples were artificially prepared in the laboratory by combining different soil fractions to determine the effect of particles' size and gradation of soil on the values of the permeability coefficient. The sieving method was performed according to ASTM D 422 for the determination of the particle size distribution of soil. Coefficient of permeability was determined by laboratory testing method of a constant head permeameter on all samples. Those results were analyzed and compared to empirical methods. Testing with a constant head permeameter was performed according to ASTM D 2434-68. In the mentioned standards, the details for the preparation and installation of samples, conducting of experiments and processing of results are defined.
