Abstract

Ukoliko se građevina izvodi na temeljnom tlu koje je meko i rahlo odnosno nedovoljne čvrstoće potrebno je izvesti duboko temeljenje kako bi se odgovarajuće sile prenijele do slojeva tla veće čvrstoće i rasporedile na veću površinu tla. Na lokaciji Ilica u Zagrebu izgrađena je višekatna građevina te je tom prilikom korišteno duboko temeljenje. Za utvrđivanje nosivosti pilota provedeno je statičko ispitivanje na probnom pilotu promjera 60 cm i duljine 23 m. Za potrebe ispitivanja na 4 vlačna pilota postavljena je čelična greda. Preko hidraulične preše sila se prenosila na probni pilot u inkrementima. Svaki inkrement je imao povećanje sile od 500 kN. Do sloma tla je došlo pri sili od 4400 kN. Ukupno slijeganje glave pilota iznosilo je 52,6 mm. Za potrebe simulacije napravljen je osnosimetrični model tla i pilota u računalnom programu PLAXIS 2D. Model sadrži 7 slojeva gline različitih karakteristika te jedan sloj šljunka. Simulacijom je dobiveno da kod sile od 4500 kN ostvareno je slijeganja glave pilota u vrijednosti 146,3 mm.

Abstract (english)

If the construction is being made on a foundation soil that is soft and loose and therefore insufficient in strength, it is necessary to perform a deep foundation in order to transfer the appropriate forces to the soil layers of higher strength and deployed on bigger area of soil. Multy-store was built at the Ilica location in Zagreb, and for that purpose, a deep foundation was used. To determine the correctness, a static pile load testing was performed on a test pile with a diameter of 60 cm and a length of 23 m. For the purpose of this testing, a steel beam was placed on 4 tension piles. The force was transmitted to the test pilot in increments via a hydraulic press. Each increment had a force increase of 500 kN. The breaking of the soil occurred at a force of 4400 kN. The total settlement of the pilot's head amounted to 52.6 mm. For the simulation purpose, an axisymmetric model of soil on pile for numerical testing in the computer program PLAXIS 2D was made. The model contains 7 layers of clay with different characteristics and one layer of gravel. The simulation at a load force of 4500 kN gives the pile's head settlement value of 146.3 mm.
