Abstract

Ponor kod Rašpora (Abisso Bertarelli, Žankana jama) nalazi se u neposrednoj blizini sela Rašpor na
Ćićariji. Sa svojom dubinom od preko 338 metara najdublji je do sada istražen speleološki objekt na
području Istre. Ulaz u jamu izgrađen je od flišolikih naslaga – lapora, pa je zbog toga jama svrstavana
u speleološke objekte nastale u 'flišu' i zbog toga je tijekom povijesti smatrana neperspektivnom za
daljnja istraživanja. Nakon prvih 50-ak metara dubine kanala dolazi se do kontakta lapora sa
paleogenskim foraminiferskim vapnencima koji se nalaze u njihovoj podini i puno su podložniji
okršavanju. U stijenama ovakvog tipa razvijen je najveći dio špiljskih kanala. Za izradu ovog
diplomskog rada, tijekom terenskog istraživanja vršena su mjerenja strukturnih elemenata i
uzimani su geološki uzorci za daljnju analizu u laboratoriju. Uzorci su tada opisani
makroskopski, a od dijela uzoraka načinjeni su mikroskopski preparati koji su i mikroskopski opisani.
Nakon klasifikacije stijena rezultati su smješteni na odgovarajuće kartografske podloge i na
topografski snimak (profil) speleološkog objekta. Tako prikazani odnosno prostorno smješteni podaci
o stijenama predstavljaju završni rezultat ovog diplomskog rada.

Abstract (english)

Abstract: Rašpor cave (Abisso Bertarelli, Žankana jama) is located near the village Rašpor on Ćićarija, northern
Istria. With its depth of over 338 meters is the deepest so far investigated speleological object in Istria.
The entrance to the cave is formed within flysh deposits – mainly marl, and is therefore considered as
cave formed in the 'flysch' and therefore has throughout history been considered unpromising for
further research. After the first 50 meters depth in channel contact of marl and Paleocene foraminiferal
limestones was found. Foraminiferal limestones that lie underneath marl deposits are much more
susceptible to karstification and has been found forming most of the cave channel walls. To create this
master’s thesis following actions took place. During the fieldwork structural elements (slope layer, and
tilt angle) were measured and geological samples were taken for further analysis in the laboratory. The
samples were then described macroscopically, and the sample pieces were made that are
microscopically described. Following the classification of rocks results are placed in the appropriate
cartographic basis and on a topographical survey (profile) of Rašpor cave. This kind of spatial data
represents the final result of this thesis.
