Abstract

U radu su uspoređene različite cementne kaše za zatvaranje mjesta gubljenja isplake. Uspoređene cementne kaše različitih su sastava i svojstava te o tome ovisi njihova sposobnost čepljenja pora i pukotina u stijenama. Nadalje, obrazložen je postupak utiskivanja cementne kaše i važnost razdjelnice koja prethodi cementnoj kaši za uspješnost cementacije. Odabiranjem cementne kaše odgovarajućeg sastava i svojstava, moguće je začepiti i najveće pore i pukotine u stijenama, kako bi izrada bušotine mogla biti nastavljena sigurno i u što kraćem roku.

Abstract (english)

Various cement slurries for closure of drilling mud thief zones are compared in this thesis. Cement slurries have different compositions and properties and therefore act differently when placed in loss circulation zones. Furthermore, the thesis describes the process of pumping cement slurry into position in the annular space or in an openhole, as well as the importance of spacer for appropriate cement bonding and successful cementation. By selecting cement slurry of right properties, it is possible to seal even the biggest fractures and enable further well development without loss circulation problems.
