Abstract

Eksplozivne tvari najviše se koriste u rudarstvu i građevinarstvu za dobivanje mineralnih sirovina kao i za iskop građevinskih jama te drugih objekata poput tunela. Međutim, eksplozivi imaju široku primjenu u drugim granama industrije. Jedan od postupaka koji se koristi u industriji je zavarivanje metala eksplozivom. U radu je prikazan postupak zavarivanja metala eksplozivom, navedeni su čimbenici koji utječu na uspješnost postupka te dani su različiti primjeri upotrebe ove metode. Pored toga prikazan je eksperimentalni pristup određivanja optimalnih parametara postava pri zavarivanju čelika i aluminija eksplozivom. Ispitivanje je izvedeno na u Laboratoriju za ispitivanje eksploziva RGN Fakulteta na uzorcima manjih dimenzija.

Abstract (english)

Explosive substances are mostly used in mining and costruction for the production of mineral raw materials as well as for excavation of construction pits and other objects such as tunnels. However, explosives are widely used in other industries. Thesis presents the explosive welding of metal, the factors that influence on the success of the process are listed and different examples of the use of this method are given. In addition, an experimental approach to the determination of optimal parameters for explosive welding of steel and aluminum is presented. The test was performed at the Explosive Laboratory of the RGN Faculty on samples of smaller dimensions.
