Abstract

Veća proizvodnja nafte iz bušotine X-1 ostvarena je zamjenom dosadašnjeg načina podizanja kapljevine metodom plinskog lifta. Izradom indikatorske krivulje utvrđena je mogućnost većih pridobivih količina nafte. S ciljem optimizacije pridobivanja nafte, povećanja energetske učinkovitosti te smanjenja troškova održavanja na proizvodnoj bušotini X-1, obavljen je kapitalni remont opreme te je ugrađena linearno pogonjena dubinska sisaljka (engl. Linear Rod Pump, LRP). Nakon navedenih aktivnosti, proizvodni parametri pokazuju znatno povećanje proizvodnje uz nepromijenjen udio vode u kapljevini.

Abstract (english)

Greater oil production from the X-1 well was achieved by replacing the existing artificial lift method, the gas lift. By producing an indicator curve, the possibility of higher recoverable amounts of oil was determined. With a view of optimizing oil recovery, increasing energy efficiency and reducing maintenance costs at the production well X-1, capital overhaul of equipment was implemented, and linear rod pump was installed. After the above mentioned activities, production parameters show a significant increase in production, with unchanged water cut.
