Abstract

U ovom radu naglasak je na jednom od fizikalnih svojstava materijala, a to je kut sipanja materijala. Navedene su primjene kuta sipanja u rudarstvu te su opisane fizikalne i numeričke metode određivanja kuta sipanja. Fizikalne metode su metoda nagibnog stola, metoda fiksnog lijevka, metoda fiksne baze stošca, metoda cilindra i rotacijski bubanj. Numeričke metode su električna kapacitivna tomografija (ECT), metoda diskretnih elemenata (DEM) i magnetska rezonancija (MRI). Provedeno je istraživanje ponovljivosti rezultata mjerenja kuta sipanja metodom cilindra. Ispitan je kut sipanja za uzorak dolomita frakcije 2/4 s ponavljanjem od 32 puta. Kut sipanja mjeren je 3D metodom za što je bilo potrebno fotografiranje uzorka, obrada fotografija u računalnim programima Photomodeleru i Microstation Power Inroadsu, nakon čega je kut izračunat u MS Excelu. Izračunata je potrebna veličina uzorka za dopuštenu grešku procjene srednje vrijednosti od 1,0 ° uz pouzdanost od 95 % i iznosi 15 uzoraka. Izmjerena srednja vrijednost kuta sipanja dolomita je 36,22 ° sa standardnom devijacijom od 1,98 °.

Abstract (english)

In this paper, emphasis is placed on one of the physical properties of the material, which is the angle of repose. The application of the angle of repose in mining is quoted and the physical and numerical methods for determining the angle of repose are described. Physical methods are tilting box method, fixed funnel method, fixed cone method, revolving cylinder method and hollow cylinder method. Numerical methods are electrical capacitate tomography (ECT), discrete element method (DEM) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). A survey of the repeatability of the cylinder head measurement results was carried out. The angle of repose for the sample of dolomite fraction was 2/4 with a repeat of 32 times. The angle of repose was measured using a 3D method for taking photographs, processing photographs in Photomodeler and Microstation Power Inroads, after which the angle was calculated in MS Excel. The calculation is a required sample size for a permissible average value of 1,0 ° with confidence of 95 % and is 15 samples. The measured mean value of the dolomite's angle of repose is 36,22 ° with a standard deviation of 1,98 °.
