Abstract

Cementacija kolona zaštitnih cijevi ovisi o sastavu i svojstvima cementne kaše koja nastaje miješanjem Portland cementa, aditiva i vode. Cementna kaša kroz reakcije hidratacije s vremenom očvršćava u cementni kamen. Cementni kamen mora osigurati odgovarajuće učvršćenje zaštitnih cijevi, izolirati probušene naslage stijena, te spriječiti međuzonalnu komunikaciju tijekom proizvodnog vijeka bušotine.
U ovom radu opisani su: bušotinski cement i njegova svojstva, hidratacija cementne kaše i njeno očvršćavanje u cementni kamen, svojstva cementnog kamena, te su prikazani rezultati laboratorijskih ispitivanja utjecaja kvarcnog praha na svojstva cementne kaše i tlačnu čvrstoću cementnog kamena.
Za ispitivanja je korišten komercijalno dostupan aditiv trgovačkog naziva "Microblock" koji je suspenzija kvarcnog praha u vodi. "Microblock" se dodaje u cementne kaše koje se koriste tijekom cementacije tehničkih kolona zaštitnih cijevi u Hrvatskoj radi sprječavanja smanjenja tlačne čvrstoće cementnog kamena u uvjetima visokih temperatura. Ispitivanja su provedena s pet cementnih kaša s različitim udjelom kvarcnog praha. Rezultati su pokazali da njegovo dodavanje utječe, ne samo na tlačnu čvrstoću cementnog kamena, već i na svojstva cementne kaše.

Abstract (english)

Abstract: Cementation of casing string depends on composition and properties of cement slurry made by mixing of Portland cement, additives and water. Cement slurry through reactions of hydration hardens into set cement by the time. Set cement has to provide adequate support of casing string, isolate drilled formations and prevent comunication between formations.
In this paper properties of cement, hydration of cement slurry, hardening of cement slurry into set cement are described. In addition, results of laboratory testing how silica fume affects on properties of cement slurry and compressive strength of set cement are shown.
For laboratory test commercially available adittive "Microblock" was used, which is suspension of silica fume in water. "Microblock" is added in cement slurries which have been used for cementing of strings in Croatia for preventing strength retrogression of set cement at high temperature. Five cement slurries with diferent amount of „Microblock“ have been tested. Results have proved that adding of „Microblock“ affects both, the compresive strength of set cement and properties of cement slurry.
