Abstract

U ovom radu opisano je laboratorijsko ispitivanje koeficijenta propusnosti
bentonitne gline Volclay koja se koristi za izradu bentonitnih tepiha (GCL). Ovo
ispitivanje je provedeno konvencionalnom metodom stalne razlike tlakova u troosnoj ćeliji.
Laboratorijska ispitivanja provedena su kako bi se usporedili koeficijenti propusnosti koji
su navedeni u tehničkim karakteristikama tog proizvoda s koeficijentima propusnosti
dobivenim ovim ispitivanjem. Mjerenja su provedena u Geomehaničkom laboratoriju na
Rudarsko–geološko–naftnom fakultetu u Zagrebu, na troosnom uređaju tvrtke Wykeham
Farrance, prema normi ASTM D5084 (2000).

Abstract (english)

Abstract: The aim of this thesis was to determinate hydraulic conductivity of bentonite
Volclay which is used in Geosynthetic Clay Liners (GCL). This laboratory testing was
conducted by conventional method of constant head in the triaxial cell Wykeham Farrance.
Coefficient of permeability given it the technical characteristics of the product, was
compared with coefficients of permeability obtained in this test. Testing of samples were
done in the Geomechanical laboratory on the Faculty of Mining, Geology and Petroleum
Engineering in compliance with ASTM D5084 (2000) standard.
