Abstract

Miniranje je najproduktivnija metoda iskopa u čvrstim stijenama. Primarna svrha miniranja
je drobljenje stijenske mase uz postizanje optimalne raspodjele fragmenata. Kuz-Ram
model, koji je opisan u ovom radu, je vjerojatno najrašireniji korišteni pristup za prognozu
fragmentacije nakon miniranja. Glavna prednost modela je njegova jednostavnost i lakoća
prikupljanja ulaznih podataka te u njegovoj izravnoj povezanosti između parametara
miniranja i rezultata miniranja. Fragmentiranje stijene ovisi o dvije skupine varijabli:
svojstvima stijenske mase na koje se ne može utjecati, i parametrima miniranja na koje
možemo utjecati i optimizirati ih. Utvrđivanje raspodjele fragmenata se provodi obradom
fotografije u računalnom programu Split-Desktop. Primjer prognoziranja i utvrđivanja
raspodjele fragmenata napravljen je u stijeni kalkarenitu na eksploatacijskom polju „Sv.
Juraj – Sv. Kajo“ tvrtke Cemex Hrvatska d.d. iz Kaštel Sućurca.

Abstract (english)

Abstract: Blasting is the most productive excavation method in hard rock mining. The primary purpose of blasting is rock fragmentation while achieving optimum fragmentation size range. The Kuz-Ram model, which is described in this thesis, is possibly the most widely used approach for estimating fragmentation after blasting. The basic strength of the model lies in its simplicity in terms of the ease of the gathering input data, and in its direct linkage between blast design and rock breaking results. Rock fragmentation depends on two groups of variables: rock mass properties which cannot be controlled and blasting parameters that can be controlled and optimized. Determining the distribution of the fragments size was carried out by processing images in a computer program Split-Desktop.
Prediction and determination of fragments size distribution was made in the rock calcarenites in the exploitation field "Sv. Juraj – Sv. Kajo" of Cemex Croatia d.d. company from Kaštel Sućurac.
