Abstract

Udarni val kod podvodnog miniranja može imati negativne posljedice na životinje, osobito ribe i morske sisavce. Važno je poznavati teorijske principe širenja i prigušenja udarnog vala pod vodom, kako bi se parametri miniranja mogli prilagoditi specifičnim uvjetima pojedinog miniranja. U radu prikazani su rezultati mjerenja tlaka udarnog vala prilikom upotrebe eksploziva u morskom dnu, te sagledani u okviru teorijskih postavki i smjernica za upotrebu zatvorenih eksplozivnih punjenja minskih bušotina u blizini životinja i njihovih staništa.

Abstract (english)

The shock wave as the result of underwater blasting operations can have negative impacts on animals, primarily fish and sea mammals. Understanding the principles of underwater shock wave propagation and decay is important for the adjustment of blasting parameters to the specific conditions of each such operation. Measurements of shock wave pressure were obtained from underwater blasting projects where confined explosive was used. In this thesis the results of these pressure measurements are analyzed and compared to theoretical principles and guidelines for the use of such explosive charges.
