Sažetak | U radu je razmatrana tehnologija proizvodnje kao i uvjeti kvalitete industrijske mineralne sirovine za specijalne aluminatne cemente (AC) koji se u Hrvatskoj proizvode jedino u Puli. Dodatno je provedena analiza kemijskog i minerološkog sastava vapnenca (glavne mineralne sirovine za proizvodnju cementa). Određeni su parametri kvalitete, oksidni sastav (%): SiO2 (0,05), Al2O3 ( 0,26), TiO2 (0,02), MnO (0,00), Fe2O3 (0,01), CaO (55,03), MgO (0,35), K2O (0,00), Na2O (0,01), SO3 (0,05) te gubitak ţarenjem (44 %), udio ugljika (10,16 % ) i sumpora (0,012). Analizom minerološkog sastava utvrđeno je 99,4 % kalcita i 0,6 % magnezijevog oksida. Procijenjeno je kako dobiveni rezultati analize zadovoljavaju uvjete kvalitete industrijske mineralne sirovine za proizvodnju AC. |
Sažetak (engleski) | Abstract: This master thesis focuses on production technology as well as the conditions of quality industrial raw material minerals for special aluminate cement (AC), in Croatia only is produced in Pula. Analysis of chemical and mineralogical structure of limestone (the main raw material mineral for cement production) was additionally conducted. The parameters of quality were determined, oxide structure (%): SiO2 (0.05), Al2O3 (0.26), TiO2 (0.02), MnO (0.00), Fe2O3 (0.01), CaO (55.03), MgO (0.35), K2O (0.00), Na2O (0.01), SO3 (0.05) and the loss of heating to a red-hot state (44%), carbon (10.16%) and sulfur share (0.012). The analysis of mineralogical structure determined 99.4% of calcite and 0.6% of magnesium oxide. An estimation of the obtained results meets the requirements of the quality for the industrial raw material minerals for the production of AC. |
