Abstract

Perforiranje je krucijalan segment opremanja kanala zacijevljene bušotine, a većina današnje proizvodnje nafte i plina ne bi bila moguća bez primjene ovog postupka. Aktualne metode perforiranja koriste se već gotovo sto godina, no one imaju svoje mane i prednosti. Razvojem lasera visoke snage se pojavila nova mogućnost za perforiranje zaštitnih cijevi, cementnog kamena i stijene, korištenjem snage svjetlosti. Laserski perforatori predstavljaju inovativnu i neeksplozivnu alternativu postojećim tehnologijama perforiranja kao što su mlazni perforatori ili perforatori sa zrnima. U ovome radu dan je pregled lasera koji imaju potencijal u naftnoj industriji i kao i njegove karakteristike koja ga čine pogodnim za perforiranje. Opisana su također laboratorijska ispitivanja koja su proveli različiti autori s pojedinim vrstama lasera u idealnim, ali i in-situ uvjetima, te je analizirana mogućnost primjene u stvarnim uvjetima.

Abstract (english)

Perforation is a crucial segment of well completion. In most cases, oil and gas production would not be possible without perforation. The current methods have been used for almost a hundred years, but they have as many flaws as they have advantages. The development of high-power lasers has introduced new options for the perforation of casing, cement rocks and rock formations, by using the power of light. High-power lasers are a non-explosive and innovative alternative to the existing technology. This thesis reviews promising lasers that are in the petroleum industry, and possess properties that make them suitable for perforation. Laboratory tests with different types of lasers will be covered to see how they cope in ideal, but also in in-situ conditions. Finally, the possibility of their implementation in the field will be analysed.
