Abstract

Kroz povijest naftnog rudarstva pa sve do danas korištene su različite metode za obradu otpadnog materijala nastalog bušenjem i za sanaciju isplačnih jama. Isplačnu jamu, kao sastavni dio postrojenja za bušenje, potrebno je nakon završetka izrade bušotine sanirati na siguran i ekološki prihvatljiv način. Primjena određene metode za sanaciju je uvjetovana fizikalno-kemijskim značajkama obrađivanog materijala, značajkama lokacije i drugim parametrima. U radu su prikazani suvremeni postupci zbrinjavanja tehnološkog otpada nastalog u procesu izrade bušotina i posebno mogućnost zbrinjavanja otpada na primjeru radnog prostora bušotine Hrastilnica-4 na eksploatacijskom polju ugljikovodika "Žutica". Otpadni materijal iz isplačne jame Hrastilnica-4 planira se nakon izvršenih laboratorijskih analiza sanirati metodom solidifikacije/stabilizacije; miješanjem s vapnom u omjeru određenom na osnovu interpretacije dobivenih rezultata laboratorijskih analiza. Postupak se provodi uz standardnu proceduru opisanu u radu, sukladno važećim zakonskim propisima RH u cilju zaštite i očuvanja okoliša.

Abstract (english)

Abstract: Throughout the history of oil extraction until today various methods have been used for treatment of waste materials generated by drilling and for the mud pit closures. Mud pit as part of the drilling plant must be remediated after the completion of drilling works in a safe and environmentally friendly manner. The use of certain remediation methods is influenced by the physical and chemical characteristics of treated material, specific location characteristics and many other parameters. Thesis describes contemporary waste management procedures applied to waste generated during drilling operations and in particular the possibility of waste treatment in the case of the oil wells Hrastilnica-4 in the exploitation field of hydrocarbons "Žutica". After laboratory analysis, waste material from mud pit Hrastilnica-4 is planned to be treated by Solidification/Stabilization method, mixing with lime in a ratio determined on the basis of the interpretation of laboratory analysis results. The method is carried out by a standard procedure described in thesis, in accordance with relevant Croatian regulations in order to protect and preserve the environment.
