Abstract

Na primjeru kamenoloma Gunčić, u vlasništvu obitelji Gunčić, u kojem se eksploatira prirodni kamen tržišnog naziva Lipovečki vapnenac prikazan je proračun iskoristivosti (cjelovitosti) stijenske mase. Procijenjena je iskoristivost stijenske mase izračunavanjem linearnog, površinskog i volumnog koeficijenta iskoristivosti. Koeficijenti uvelike ovisi o diskontinuitetima (pukotinama i slojevitosti) u ležištu, njihovim sustavima i razmacima. Ležište je slojevito s debljinama slojeva od 3 do 20 cm što utječe da debljine ploča koje se eksploatiraju ovise o debljini slojeva. Prema izračunima koeficijenata iskoristivosti, može se zaključiti kako se veliki dio kamenoloma Gunčić može u potpunosti iskoristiti u obliku ploča s obzirom da je koeficijent volumne iskoristivost iznosi 61 %. Osim iskoristivosti prikazane su karakteristike samog ležišta te litološki sastav i mineraloško-petrografska svojstva kamena.

Abstract (english)

The calculation of the utilization (integrity) of the rock mass in the Gunčić quarry, in which the natural stone with market name Lipovec limestone is exploited, is shown. Assessment of the utilization of the rock mass by calculating the linear, surface and volume utilization coefficient was done. The coefficients largely depend on discontinuities (cracks and beds) in the deposit, their systems and their distance. The deposit is layered with layer thicknesses from 3 to 20 cm, which causes the exploited slabs to depend on the thickness of the layers. According to calculations of the coefficient of utilization, it can be concluded that a large part of the Gunčić quarry can be fully utilized because the volume utilization coefficient is 61 %. In addition to the utilization, the characteristics of the deposit and the lithological composition, together with mineralogical-petrographic properties of the stone are shown.
