Abstract

Zadatak ovog diplomskog rada bio je modelirati proizvodni sustav vertikalne plinsko-kondenzatne bušotine i analizirati njene trenutne i buduće proizvodne mogućnosti korištenjem računalnog programa IPM Prosper. Bušotina se nalazi na jednom od plinsko-kondenzatnih polja „Duboke Podravine“ karakteriziranih visokim početnim ležišnim tlakovima i temperaturama te prisutnošću kiselih neugljikovodičnih komponenti u smjesi ležišnog fluida. Tijekom proizvodnog vijeka bušotine dolazi do prirodnog pada proizvodnje zbog smanjenja ležišnog tlaka i posljedično do sve većeg utoka slojne vode čime se javlja potreba za optimizacijom proizvodnog sustava i rudarskim radovima kako bi se ublažio pad proizvodnje te održala ili čak i povećala postojeća proizvodnja. Time se produljuje proizvodni vijek bušotine i ostvaruje veći konačni iscrpak ležišta. U radu je dan pregled temeljnih teoretskih postavki višefaznog protjecanja fluida u proizvodnom nizu i čvorišne analize proizvodnog sustava te su opisane geološke karakteristike ležišta i tehničke karakteristike bušotine. Prikazan je pregled proizvodnje bušotine od početka 1989. godine do današnjih dana s najbitnijim mjerenjima i remontnim radovima. U završnom dijelu postavljen je model proizvodnog sustava bušotine podešen prema posljednjim mjerenim podacima te je korišten za analizu trenutne proizvodnje i u analizi osjetljivosti za prognoziranje utjecaja promjene varijabli poput ležišnog tlaka, omjera slojne vode i plina, dinamičkog tlaka na ušću bušotine i unutarnjeg promjera proizvodnog niza na buduće proizvodne mogućnosti bušotine.

Abstract (english)

Objective od this Master's thesis was to model gas-condensate vertical well production system and to analyze current and future well production performance using the IPM Prosper program. The analyzed well is situated in one of „Deep Podravina“ gas-condensate fields characterized by very high initial reservoir pressures and temperatures and the presence of sour non-hydrocarbon components in the reservoir fluid mixture. During the production life of the well, production declines due to reservoir pressure depletion and increase of water influx. To mitigate production decline and to maintain, or even increase current production, there is a need for production system optimization and well workover, thus extending well production life and increasing ultimate reservoir recovery. In this thesis the summary of theoretical fundamentals of production tubing multi-phase fluid flow and production system nodal analysis are given. Moreover, geological characteristics of the reservoir and technical characteristics of the production well are described. The well production hystory summary since the beginning of production in 1989 to the present day with all significant well tests and workovers are presented. In the last section, the well production system model is set and matched to the last field test data. The model is used for current production analysis and in sensitivity analysis for forecasting effects of parameters change, like reservoir pressure, water-gas ratio, wellhead pressure and production tubing inside diameter, on future well production performance.
