Abstract

Geopolimerni cementi su razvijeni kao alternativa Portland cementima (PC). Proizvodnja Portland cemenata emitira velike količine CO2 u atmosferu te mnogi istraživači pokušavaju pronaći ekološki prihvatljiviju vrstu cementirajućeg materijala. U ovome radu opisuju se geopolimerni cementi i njihova glavna svojstva. Rezultati ispitivanja uspoređivani su s rezultatima ispitivanja običnog Portland cementa s obzirom na mehanička svojstva, ekonomske i ekološke čimbenike. Na kraju rada, rezultati laboratorijskih ispitivanja, pri simuliranim bušotinskim uvjetima, pokazuju potencijalnu primjenu geopolimernih cementa u naftnoj industriji za cementiranje bušotina i rješavanje raznih bušotinskih problema.

Abstract (english)

Geopolymer cements have been developed as an alternative to Portland cements (PC). The production of Portland cements emits large amounts of CO2 into the atmosphere, so many researchers are trying to find a more environmentally friendly type of cementing material. This thesis describes the main properties of geopolymer cements. Test results were compared with the test results of ordinary Portland cement, especially regarding their mechanical properties, economic and environmental factors. At the end of the paper, the results of laboratory tests, conducted using the simulation of well conditions, show the potential application of geopolymer cements in the oil industry for cementing wells and solving various well problems.
